Hi!
I started as a professional dancer. I graduated from The Lucia Marthas Institute for the Performing Arts. I studied all kind of styles but focussed more on Showdance, Tap and Latin/Ballroom than the other styles. I had multiple jobs for tv, musicals and teaching. I always thought this was my passion but not something to do forever. So I eventually made the switch to sales.
I started working in a call centre as an agent for charities. In about six months I got promoted to coach and supervisor. Here I was responsible for hiring new employees and train them to be successful agents. After working there for one and a half years I started as a Junior IT recruiter. Here I started building up my network, success and future. I quickly got promoted to Finance Recruitment Consultant and became responsible for both recruitment and business development. I enjoyed every success and learned a lot. After a while I switched to another company as an Account Manager specialised in the Technical sector. Here I was responsible for the region South-Holland and Mid-Netherlands. Due to the covid, my job here ended after almost two years. But I could not be more happy where it got me. Magno made me feel like a home when they took me in. The whole team motivates and helps me to make this a wonderful success.
What I like about my job is that I can work together with my colleagues and build up a whole new network in IT, while being a part of expanding the business of Magno. I am very happy to work as account manager within IT again.
