As a Data Scientist, you'll work on the design, development, and deployment of advanced Generative AI solutions that deliver exceptional value to our customers. Youll be at the forefront of creating AI-powered systems that help solve complex challenges, streamline processes, and unlock new opportunities. We need someone who can dive deep into data, work with generative models and create scalable, responsible solutions. You will work in a squad that drives the adoption of GenAI across diverse domains in the bank and co-creates these solutions together with the stakeholders.

Practical examples
- Work directly with (internal) customers to learn how processes and systems work.\
- Be accountable for building responsible and cost effective GenAI solutions for millions of customers.
- Co-creating solutions using GenAI re-usable building blocks developed within the area,
- Collaborate with team members and end-users to solve critical or complex problems.
- Convert a use-case specific solution to re-usable solutions used across diverse domains within the bank
You and your talent
- 3 or more years of experience working as a Data Scientist or in a similar field
- Strong programming skills (software engineering experience is a plus) and are proficient in Python, ability to write clean and reusable code
- Strong product thinking and are skilled at translating business problems into data science solutions, with a pragmatic approach that avoids overengineering and focuses on impact.
- Solid understanding of NLP and LLMs. Experience in building Generative AI applications is a strongly encouraged.
- Strong experience developing, evaluating, deploying, and monitoring models, and have worked with LLMOps/MLOps/DevOps practices in (cloud) production environments.
- Strong engineering skills are highly valuable, including experience with Git, CI/CD, ETL processes, cloud platforms such as Azure (or similar), API development and integration, containerization, and relational and (vector) databases.
