Accountmanager
I started my career in Human Resources back in Mexico where I discovered my passion for Company’s Culture and Talent Acquisition. I have been working at Magno IT for a little over a year now as an Account Manager. Since the beginning it has been an interesting role where I have had to keep myself up to date and in continuous learning.
My favorite part of my job is the diversity in roles, profiles, and companies that I get to be in contact with. At the same time, it is a fast paced environment which keeps me active. I challenge myself continuously and am an avid learner. Furthermore, I am always eager to have direct contact and build a close business relationship with our clients. I keep my focus on the client’s needs in regards to talent by seeking an alignment of technical skills and behavioral competencies to the company’s culture and strategy. At the same time I prioritize candidates strengths, skills and ambitions, to help them bridge who they are with where they want to go. But definitely the best part of being part of Magno IT are my colleagues, who make the difficult days easier and fun to pass by.
