Team manager
It is strange to say it has been almost six years already since I had my first day at Magno IT. Time flies when you are having fun, they say!
I remember my first few weeks trying to put all the techniques in practice that I learned during my HR study. I liked learning how to search for the right candidates, screen the CV’s and interview them with the right questions. From start it really felt like I was part of the ‘Magno family’. I saw that they put effort in their employees to make sure they keep on developing themselves. I have gotten the opportunity to meet many interesting people and learned a lot about IT.
After one year of recruitment, Magno offered me a next step in my career the role of Junior Account Manager. We started with training and coaching sessions after which I was ready to start building my own network of companies we can assist with recruitment. This role is so diverse that not a single day is the same, this makes it interesting and challenging. In 2016 I became Account manager responsible for key accounts & new business and one year later they offered me the next step; Senior Account manager. I built a strong network of people that I still work with.
In 2018, I became Team Manager, proudly managing a team of 5 people. With the right coaching and external trainings that Magno offered me I am developing myself to make sure I can coach my team the best way and help them grow (just like Magno did for me). In addition to that, I am responsible for thinking along about the company strategy. This is both challenging and fun at the same time.
I am happy to be part of Magno and grateful of all the things they learned me and helped me achieve my during this journey. I still learn new things every day and cannot wait to make my team bigger and help them grow and develop themselves. The organization has doubled since my start and I look forward to see what will happen in the next 6 years!
