You will be working in the Debit Card Management area. Our client is looking for an experienced Product Manager, specifically in the function of Customer Journey Expert Debit Card Management.
The team you will be working with is the Cards & Mobile Payment Solutions chapter; together with your colleagues, you will be responsible for the development and management of the process for applying for a Pass Card and Re-issuing PIN.
This area has a high standard for the quality delivered in its products in an always changing environment. The bank manages almost a third of all the payment transactions in the Netherlands. You will contribute to making an impact in the further development of our card and its processes; as the area strives to continually improve the payment services based on the wishes of the customers and their desire for further standardization and integration of system worldwide.
You will be responsible for E2E for the payment card. Including Product, process, channel, and communication.
You are always minding the customer satisfaction, important numbers, regulations, costs, benefits, etc. focused on your retina.
You can put the interest of the clients first but also taking into consideration the relevant interests and priorities.
You excel at collaborating in teams and you are always focused on improvement.
Knowledge and skills requirements
At least 3 years of experience in Product Management with proven results.
A completed relevant education (at least HBO)
Dutch native speaker and excellent English.
Continuous development it’s your default mode.
You are someone who quickly develops vision and likes to propagate this.
You are authentic and have a sense of humor.
You have strong analytical skills but you also dare to decide on incomplete information.
You are handy and focused on managing your stakeholders
