Citrix Specialist

For our client in telecommunications, we are looking for a candidate ready to work in Amsterdam. The initial contract would run for 3 months with rolling extensions.

Responsibilities

You will work to set-up a new XenDesktop VDI infrastructure. You will work on the backlog of project work to meet the critical business needs. You will analyse and test applications in the new VDI. You will respond to any technical escalations from the level 2 support teams. Need someone who gets up to speed quickly to understand the Citrix environment. You need to build a new Citrix VDI system and provision machines for a subset of the company and partner users

Knowledge and skills requirements

• 5 years experience supporting and configuring Citrix XenApp or CVAD version 6.5 to 7.15.
• Experience dealing with large organizations and complex networks and being able to express the technical requirements of a Citrix system to other technical specialists.
• Worked on both complex project work and BAU support tasks.
