Junior PMO

   Interim  

For a project at our client in Amsterdam area, we are currently looking for a Junior PMO. The project will start on the 1st of September and runs until mid-December at first, with a likely extension.

The Junior PMO will be responsible for supporting the delivery of projects, programs or a portfolio. He/she will be working closely with Project- and Program Managers, usually under the guidance of a Program Controller.

The responsibilities will include:

  • Providing added value to projects by driving quality and supporting delivery activities, including portfolio management, analytics, reporting, and governance & controls;
  • Understanding, challenging and tracking key project issues, risks, dependencies, changes and deliverables;
  • Managing the timely submission and quality of reporting;
  • Analyzing, validating and presenting project data and management information;
  • Providing support and analysis in resource and finance/budget management;
  • Recording meeting notes and track actions;
  • Enabling team communications (via SharePoint sites, team meetings, workshops, document management, and reporting);
  • Improving the team’s governance and delivery frameworks;

If you have/are:

  • Excellent English skills;
  • Willingness to do administrative work and understanding of the importance of that work;
  • A precise and structured way of working;
  • Good time management and prioritization of work;
  • Confident enough to contact senior stakeholders about the clarity data;
  • Great communication skills;
  • Preferably knowledge of Clarity knowledge;
